On April 13th, 2006, 37 Danish MBA students organized by the Association of Chinese Students & Scholars in Denmark (ACSSD) and the Danish Younger Economist (YC) visited Renmin University of China and its School of Business. Prof. Mao JiYe, Associate Dean of the School of Business, and more than 20 MBA students took part in the activity. At the beginning, Prof. Mao introduced the history, achievements and dominant academic areas of Renmin University. He stressed the excellent faculty and comprehensive education programs of the School of Business. Then Zhang Yong, a director of the MBA Student Union, and two other MBA students made a presentation respectively about current human resources management practices in China. Our Danish visitors were very interested in the topic. They gave their opinions as well as brought forward numerous questions. The whole panel discussion was in a friendly and joyful atmosphere. Afterwards, the Danish friends visited the campus accompanied by our MBA students. They were all impressed by the advanced facilities and beautiful scenery of our university.

The activity was successful and it gained reputation from Danish students, which would help promote the internationalization of Renmin University.
