Jointly organized by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), the first International Forum on "Leading China's Future: Future Chinese Leaders" was held in CEIBS from Nov. 26th to Nov. 28th. This forum mainly discussed what leaders and leadership China needs when we are marching in to the world market.

Dean Yi Zhihong attended the forum and gave a presentation during the panel discussion on "the union and cooperation in the business administration circle." The presentation focused on "Faculty Development in China's Leading Business Schools," especially on Program on Case Method and Participant-Centered Learning (PCMPCL). In the presentation, Prof. Yi discussed business administration education and the development strategy of RBS, as well as the practice and problems of PCMPCL.

She pointed out that RBS has a responsibility for leading and promoting the level of education in business administration in China, and RBS advocates the integration of theory and practice in management education. PCMPCL is suitable for the strategic development objectives of RBS, and the combination of case study and management practice can promote the level of management education, further the integration between management education and management research and practice, and improve teaching methodologies.

This forum attracted more than 200 scholars and elite from enterprises all over the world, and invited speakers including top scholars from world-class business schools, business leaders and government officials around the world.

Concerning the topic "Faculty Development in China's Leading Business Schools", Dean Yi Zhizhong was the only invited speaker from Chinese business schools, along with speakers from the host CEIBS.
