Based on the cooperation between the Ministry of Education of China and U.K., the two parties plan to send over thousand Chinese university students (both undergraduates and graduates) to U.K. for internship in companies such as HSBC, JP Morgan etc.

For this year's program, there will be 60 Chinese students in all to be sent to U.K. for a 19-week internship program started in March, 2007. CSC takes charge of all selection and admission process.

This week, the School of Business started and completed the selection process. Over 10 students submitted their application, and they were ranked by GPA, English test (TOEFL or IELTS) results, internship experiences, and English interview performance. Finally, 9 students stood out of all applicants, and will undergo the second round of selection by the university.
