| The Department of Organization and Human Resources |
The newly established Department of Organization and Human Resources of RBS was formerly the Teaching and Research Section of Organization and Human Resources. Now its subjects belong to the subject of enterprise management, including modern management theory, organizational behavior, corporate culture, knowledge management, theory of organization, human resources management, leadership, etc. There are 14 full-time teachers and 2 part-time professors in this department now, among whom are 10 professors and tutors to doctoral students, 3 associate professors, 4 tutors to postgraduate students, and 3 lecturers. Among the full-time teachers, 11 have experience studying abroad for a long time, 12 have a doctoral degree, and 3 have been awarded Ph. D abroad. In terms of age structure, 3 full-time teachers are under 40 years old, 5 are between 40-50 years old, and 6 are above 50.
The Department of Organization and Human Resources is responsible for teaching many courses for undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and MBA students. These courses include principles of management, organizational behavior, human resources management, corporate ethics, corporate culture, management communication, knowledge management, social psychology, design of organizational structure, research methods for the economic management, research methods for management science, topics on organizational behavior, and public relations. The course taught by Professor Wang Liping “Principles of Management” was awarded the Excellent Course of Beijing and China. Young teachers have strong ability in giving specialized classes and classes of quantitative research methods in English. |
