1998-2000: Postdoctoral research work in Nanjing Panda Electronic Group; used to be assistant to the general manager and general accountant and successful in financial and accounting management of the company.
Research areas:
Long-term research work in financial accounting and Chinese accounting standard, and produced great research achievements.
Courses teaching:
Basic accounting, financial accounting, accounting for logistics enterprises, international comparison of accounting standards, corporate accounting, etc.

Awards:
“Organize Carefully and Research Continually to Write Cross Over Century Excellent Accounting Textbooks” (co-author) won the first prize of Excellent Teaching Achievements of RUC, and the first prize of Excellent Teaching Achievements of Beijing in 2004, as well as the second prize of Excellent Teaching Achievements of the Education Ministry in 2005.
Participant in the project “Research and Practice of Accounting Curriculum in the 21st Century and Reforming the Contents of Teaching” in the charge of Professor Yan Dawu of the Education Ministry, which won the second prize of National Excellent Teaching Achievements in 2001 and the first prize of Beijing Excellent Teaching Achievements (higher education). Professor Zhu Xiaoping and I were responsible for the sub-project “Status, Problem and Countermeasures of Accounting Education in China”
The paper “Review on a Hundred Volumes of ‘Accounting Study'and Research Perspective of the Accounting Theory in China” co-authored with Dr. Du Shengli won the third prize of Excellent Papers in Accounting of China in 1998.
